Our current product suite has two main solutions
1. Real-time Intelligent Conversation Engine (RICE) - A customer experience management solution which brings human like tacit, actionable
and contextual conversational intelligence to customer interaction point of the bank, in real-time. It ensures that the collective real-time
intelligence of the customer cross pollinated from multiple backend systems is always available on tap to maximize value from each customer
interaction.
2. Real-time Intelligent Monitoring System (RIMS) - A real-time Fraud Detection, Monitoring and Compliance solution that monitors patterns
across transactions, events, users, accounts, systems in real-time across an enterprise to provide real-time alerts (For example, when a
relationship manager operates on managed accounts beyond a threshold or when unusual fund flow velocity is observed in an account or when a
dormant account is being transacted upon etc.)

As Pranjal mentioned, we are already speaking to JAFCO Asia regarding our entry strategy into Japan and they are also on the lookout for possible local partnerships. We are looking for a local IT partner who would take us to the banks in Japan. We are open to the types of partnership and this could be discussed at the appropriate stage.
